Xindanwei Now! is an entire-day event creating a coworking space for the nurturing of the content, ideas, inspiration and energy brought from the main forum, in order to achieve the accelerated serenity and put it into actions.

Grassroots Mapping

- Grassroots Mapping is a series of participatory mapping projects involving communities in cartographic dispute, started by Jeffrey Warren of the MIT Media Lab‘s Center for Future Civic Media. Over the last few months, we’ve build a global community of mappers who are engaged in civic issues with low-cost mapping tools like balloons, kites, and remote-control airplanes. All the imagery from this project is being released into the public domain.
- Grassroots Mapping will conduct a workshop for the Beijing 2nd Ring Project during the week of 10/18.
